By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and consent to this arrangement, which serves to protect and set expectations for our services.

1. General

Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website. However, on occasion, there may be discrepancies in stock, preventing us from fulfilling all your items at the time of purchase. In such instances, we will fulfill the available products and promptly contact you to discuss whether you would prefer to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or opt for a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. The payment for shipping will be included in the final price.

3. Returns and Refunds

Merlin Tech Limited gladly accepts returns due to a change of mind, provided that the request to return is received within 7 days after the item's delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses and must arrange their own shipping methods. Upon receiving and accepting returns, refunds will be processed as store credit for future purchases within 7 working days. You will be notified via email once the refund process is complete. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Transit Time (Domestic)

Inside Dhaka - 5 days & Outside Dhaka - 10 days. 

  • Transit Time (International)

International orders typically take 4-22 days to reach their destination. The exact delivery time varies depending on the courier you select during checkout. We can provide a more precise estimate when you make your courier selection.

  • Same Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for domestic orders with a total value equal to or exceeding BDT 10,000. Orders placed before 02 PM MDT (UTC -06) will be dispatched on the same day. Otherwise, they will be shipped on the next business day. Our warehouse operates from Saturdays to Thursdays during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse is closed. In such cases, we take measures to minimize shipment delays.

  • Change of Delivery Address

Requests to change the delivery address can be accommodated up to 24 business hours before dispatch.

  • Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the remaining items in your order.

  • Delivery Time Exceedances

If the delivery time has exceeded the pre-affirmed duration, please contact us immediately. We will conduct a thorough investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, you will receive tracking information to monitor the latest status of your shipment. Please note that tracking information is subject to updates provided by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you discover that a parcel is damaged during transit or has been delivered without your presence, please contact our customer service immediately at 09611-441144.

7. Duties and Taxes

  • Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the Website.

  • Import Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be due upon arrival in the destination country. The responsibility for these payments varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order. Refusal to pay duties and taxes upon arrival will result in the goods being returned to Merlin Tech Limited at your expense, with a refund issued for the value of the goods, minus the return shipping cost. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

8. Cancellation

If you change your mind before dispatch, we accept cancellations at any time. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Process for In-Transit Damaged Parcels

We will initiate a replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation into the damage claim.

A replacement will be processed as soon as the courier conducts an investigation and confirms the parcel is lost.
