R449 AVR | Leroy Somer Automatic Voltage Regulator

The R449 voltage regulator is a shunt-type unit tailored to standard fitting on A50 to A54 alternators. It can receive power from various sources, including a power VT, the AREP field excitation system, or a single-phase or three-phase PMG.

Through integration with the R726 external module, this regulator offers capabilities to manage power factor (2F) and align alternator voltage with mains voltage (3F) before the synchronization process takes place.
